GET THAT GORGEOUS LOOK WITH SHEER, SHINY LIPS!
Here’s the trick:
1) Condition lips with a soothing salve or lip balm.
2) Using a lip brush, apply a subtle, neutral lip color.
3) Finally, for maximum pout appeal add vivid shine with a matching lip gloss.
IT’S THAT SIMPLE!!

NEED TO EXFOLIATE??? AN AWESOME NEW USE FOR BAKING SODA
Baking soda, an all-natural, nontoxic powder makes and excellent low-tech cleanser, especially when you’ve run out of (or just can’t get) the high-tech stuff! Wash your face then apply a soft paste made of three parts baking soda and one part water. Massage gently with a cicular motion, avoiding the eye area. Rinse clean. You’ll have “Farm Girl” skin at an awesome price!!

WANT THAT PERFECT “CLASSIC” LOOK FOR YOUR EYES?? LOOK NO FURTHER!
1) Line along upper lash line in black or brown then smudge outward slightly with a cotton swab or small angled brush.
2) Brush a neutral shadow along brow bone. Apply a slightly darker shade along the crease.
3) Brush a beige or frost shade along lash line and over lid. Use finger or shadow applicator to blend edges up and out.
4) Curl upper lashes and apply mascara over top and bottom lashes.

GOING ON A TRIP AND STILL WANT TO WATCH YOUR WAISTLINE!?! HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO HELP OUT!
After all, vacation is your time to relax, not limit yourself. Use these tips to enjoy yourself but still stay fit!

• You don’t have to order a feast at every restaurant. Stick to light entrees or order two appetizers (make sure they’re nutritious) instead of a first course and a main dish.
• Avoid rolls and anything else you can get plenty of back home. Save those calories for the local specialties you know you’ll want to try.
• Don’t continuously indulge in every new delight that catches your eye. Make trade-offs; if you splurge one day, cut back the next.
• Plane fare can be unfair. One way to insure a fresh, tasty, and low-calorie meal is to request a vegetarian or special low-cal platter in advance.

GIVE YOURSELF A HAND!
Use these tips to keep your nails in tip-top shape!!
• Use the eraser end of a pencil for telephone-dialing, and a letter opener for envelopes and opening packages.
• Snap on switches and push elevator buttons with a knuckle, not a nail.
• Use pads of fingers, not nails, to pick up tiny objects.
• Wear rubber gloves when washing dishes or doing hand laundry.
• Wear cotton gloves for other household chores whenever possible.
• Mend broken or split nails with a small drop of Krazy Glue.
• With a towel, push back cuticles each time you wash your hands.
• Don’t use a clipper, scissors or worn-out emery board to shorten nails.
• Don’t ever file wet nails. They weaken with water and may shred.

TERRIFIC TIPS FOR TANTALIZING TIPPY-TOES

• Prevent calluses by wearing proper-fitting shoes.
• Avoid wearing pantyhose that are too short.
• Pamper your feet with footbaths and massage.
• Avoid fungus growth by keeping your feet as dry as possible
• Prevent dry skin on feet by applying lotion after bathing
• Prevent the blisters and irritation of breaking in new shoes by softening leather with Mink Oil.

GIVE YOUR HAIR THE TREATMENT IT DESERVES RIGHT AT HOME

On a day when you know you're going to have a little bit of extra time, treat your hair with the royal treatment it deserves … after all it is your "crown"! Wash hair and gently dowel dry. While hair is still damp, apply & comb conditioner throughout. Wrap your hair in a warm towel (the warmth helps the conditioner penetrate deep into your hair), then after about 15 minutes or so, rinse the conditioner out. You'll have fantastic, shiny, beautiful hair!!

GET A HANDLE ON YOUR HANDS! - Five Rules for Healthy Hands:

- Five Rules for Healthy Hands:
1. Wash: Use a liquid moisturizing soap to gently clean hands while keeping moisture in. Avoid using bar soap & soaps with fragrance which can be drying.
2. Exfoliate: Use a washcloth or a body scrub on the backs of your hands when showering or bathing to remove dead skin. This will help the moisturizer penetrate
3. Moisturize: Apply a moisturizer each time after you wash and before you go to bed.
4. Manicure: Keep nails evenly trimmed and filed and regularly push back cuticles (to avoid hang nails)
5. Sunscreen: Prevent sun damage by choosing a combination moisturizer-sunscreen. Reapply every few hours if you're active outdoors
